I’ve had Figo for a year and recently renewed my policy. It’s so easy to file a claim through their mobile app and very innovative. They close claims quickly and are very fair. I’m happy my pet insurance is through Figo.

Premiums go up with age. Too much to quick for my liking. That being said, customer service is excellent. They pay what they say they are going to pay, and they do it quickly. Overall happy with this company.
