Trupanion is there for me when my pets get sick especially when the vet bills get expensive.
Trupanion is there for me when my pets get sick especially when the vet bills get expensive. Direct pay allows me to go to my favorite emergency vet if needed and pays 90% minus a deductible for new conditions. I only have to pay the difference.

My little dog digested a foreign object and after survey to try to safe her she died. When I contacted Trupanion they handle everything. I just sent the bill receipts. I was totally distraught and the way I was treated by one of Trupanion's representative was with compassion and genuine care and sorrow for my loss. She looked after everything and I was kept informed on the progress of my claim and I was immediately sent a cheque based on my plan. Thank you for the professional way this was handled at a very sad time in my life.
