I wondered if pet insurance was worth…
I wondered if pet insurance was worth it until my daughter’s 4 year old maltipoo got a nasty infection after a bite that required intensive care and 2 surgeries. Not only did we get back over 75% of the $12,000 the care cost, the money came back very quickly. But what impressed her the most was how kind, caring and sympathetic every Trupanion staff member was that she spoke with during the process. They truly made her feel better during a very stressful time. It’s definitely the best customer service we’ve ever received from any organization.
