Great to deal with!
This is my first experience with pet insurance. Trupanion has been wonderful to deal with, and their turnaround time is great. The check is deposited in my checking account before the charge bill even comes. If I had questions, they were answered and made the process smooth and simple. Thank you Trupanion!!

Rocky is a rescue with behavioral issues which impact on the veterinary care he receives. Since Rocky is only 5 years old he is relatively healthy. We nearly break even now and feel confident that as he ages we will continue to provide quality veterinary care.

Poor Experience
My first and now only claim was a disaster. It took almost 2 months for them to process my claim and it was denied. I was told I could appeal but it would be another 2 months. We think my dog has allergies but he has never been tested and he gets shots. He contracted a skin infection that required medication so they automatically attached the condition to allergies. That means in the future they will blame any skin problem on allergies. They should have been honest with that up front but all they want to do is pressure you to buy the policy. I have now canceled my policy and will deal with an honest company. This was a first time in 30 years have having dogs that I got Pet insurance because I thought it would be a rip off and unfortunately it is.

Extremely Satisfied and Grateful
My 6 year old lab has been insured with Embrace since she was two months old. Recently a small bump that felt like an insect bite was diagnosed as a mast cell tumor that required surgery. Submitting the claim could not have been an easier, and it was reviewed and completed in 4 days. . My policy covered 80% of the appropriate expenses and because we have had the policy for so many years my deductible was reduced. I did quite a bit of research before selecting Embrace and I am really happy I did. I highly recommend this company

I wish my own health insurance was as good as my dog's! Figo has been a literal life saver and enhancer for my dog with Irritable Bowel Disease. Because of his policy, we have been able to seek treatment from some of the best vets out there, including Internal Med specialists and a vet nutritionist. With the support of his medical team, we have been able to manage his symptoms extremely effectively and he now rarely has flare ups. Don't know if we would ever be where we are today without the support of his medical team, which has only been financially possible because of Figo.
