Good to Have Pets Best Watching Your Back
I currently have three K-9 kids and lost my fourth K-9 kid (Sarah) to cancer in 2018. If it weren't for Pets Best, I would not have been able to support Sarah and give her the necessary care to fight the dreaded disease. We fought the cancer for three years and her quality of life was good until Sarah told me it was time to send her to the Rainbow Bridge. I attributed her beating the life expectancy for bladder cancer (6 months) because of Pets Best's support. I will never be without pet insurance, and I've been with Pets Best for 13 years.

I love their customer service and the very prompt payment of claims. My 10 year old dogs have had numerous surgeries on their knees and thanks to Healthy Paws I didn't have to worry about the cost of a treatment when my dogs needed them. They even paid for laser treatment to my dogs back. I have never had a claim denied.

No hassle claim reimbursement
I have had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with speed in which my claims are processed. Submitting a claim only takes a minute and I submit it online. After two knee surgeries, it has more that paid for itself and it is a comfort to know that I won't have to make a decision in treating my dogs based on cost.

The worst pet insurance I have ever seen. They’re always delayed in reimbursement and never reimburse me at the end
Got this insurance since August and never got a penny from them despite the fact that my dog got sick many times. They are always delayed in responding to claims and after months waiting, they respond by saying sorry for the delay. I pay $47 monthly for nothing. Very bad pet insurance. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

When something happens with your furry family, you need to and want to focus on the recovery of your pet. You dont need to worry about finances or if you can afford treatment! When I had concerns or questions , your staff was informative and sensitive and caring and knowledgeable. They made it easier to breathe a little easier. I cant say enough...I've only had to use Trupanion a couple of times...and hopefully never again...but if I have to call on you again...I know I will have no worries other than my "Jester". Thank you also for your speedy claim recovery....When all was said and done...and I sent in the TOTAL invoice...I received immediate acknowledgement and then Within 24-48 hours I received notification of coverage of my claim. Thank you again for letting me focus on Jester during this time of concern!!!!!!
