Beware of FIGO technology Glitches
After adopting a cat, I decided to do the responsible thing and get pet insurance. Then I took her to the vet for a baseline check-up and shots. The vet found that she needed a biopsy. FIGO wouldn't cover the claim. They said I didnt meet their 'wait' period. $530 later, and still cant open their 'Explanation Of Benefits' document on the cloud or app. This technological problem is THEIR fault. Of course I would have waited 2 weeks if I had been informed! There was no emergency. I'm very disappointed and they wouldnt work with me AT ALL. However I DID receive a fancy brochure, pet tag and water dish in the mail! Come on MAN!!! REALLY??

Great Experience. Submitting claims has been super easy and complete payment came through very quickly once the deducible was hit. It was a huge relief to have this insurance when my dog required unexpected (& very expensive) surgery.
