Professional and convenient
Hartville has made the claims process simple and convenient through their online claims submission. I was able to easily file for a claim and attach/upload the invoice and medical records to it. When I did call customer service with a question they were quick, polite and professional.

Healthy Paws is the best. Our Gracie had a cyst removed from her foot, which later became infected. Healthy Paws settled each bill we sent in with expediency and accuracy. Makes being a pet owner stress free!

Policy increases
After having this policy for 1 year without any claims, upon renewal my policy charges were increased by ~$6.00/month. When asking why I was told inflation & increasing vet bills in your area, the man was very un sympathetic and said that's how it is. That seems a lot to me, the representative did not even try to review the policy with me.
