Cinder our Dutchie is a crazy little girl who snapped one of her K9’s going after a ball, her needed surgery, Healthy Paws was there for us, knowing that her surgery was covered eased our hearts and minds. These guys were great with follow up email to check on how she was doing as well, that was very much appreciated.

Quick, easy, and they actually care about my Winnie
So easy and quick and they’re so kind. I’ve had the best experience with submitting claims and asking questions to customer service. This is one of those companies that really care about what they do and it shows. The app is intuitive and easy to use and reimbursements come SO QUICK. Having this policy takes such a big weight off my shoulders knowing I’ll never have to worry about whether to get Winnie the care she needs or have money for rent the nicest month.

You guys have been wonderful!
You guys have been wonderful. After forty-one years of having three miniature dachshunds in our lives and having no insurance, we heard about Trupanion. So with Kaiser Bismarck von König, aka Tito, we signed up. And we are thankful we did. Tito has either a serious allergy to something or some thus-far undiscovered genetic condition, but his throat congestion is heartbreaking to witness. He is such a good-natured and beautiful puppy, but he has this one "little" problem that we haven't solved yet. Because of our age, we know that Tito will most probably be our last dog. Thanks for the incredible promptness of your payments directly to the generalist vets, the specialists, and to us. We are so grateful to have your insurance.

I recently got a policy with Pets Best and filing claims couldn't be easier and the response was fast. The option of direct deposit is a plus. Speaking with a representative is fast hardly any wait time and they answered all my questions! Very happy i got a policy!

Truly the best pet insurance
I have an almost four year old french bulldog who has a few health issues, one of which is recurring aspiration pneumonia. This diagnosis has rung me up some serious vet bills but Pets Best Pet Health Insurance has saved my buns with bills. They process claims and reimburse you in a timely manner. You may have to wait a few weeks but I know people who have to wait months for reimbursement and the amount is no where near what Pets Best will reimburse you. I'm a real customer with a real dog who requires a lot financially and she wouldn't be here, and I would be in serious debt, without Pets Best. Thank you Pets Best Pet Health Insurance!

ASPCA Saved My Cat's Life!!
After extensive vet/emergency care visits from the beginning of November through January to find out that my cat Rupert had a brain tumor, the tumor was successfully removed by a neurological surgeon at a local VSEC hospital. All this to say that I incurred extremely large vet bills and ASPCA stepped up to the plate to process claims submitted in a timely matter. While I still am waiting for the last (and hopefully final) claim to be processed, I am confident that it will be completed in a timely manner. If it wasn't for this insurance, I would either had to re-mortgage my home (just kidding) or send my sweetie over the rainbow bridge (not kidding). As an aside, when calling ASPCA for questions/claims follow up, I cannot express how professional and compassionate these folks are. Many conversations with different folks at ASPCA have helped me to focus on my cat's illness/recovery and not worry about what it was going to cost to save his life. I am truly indebted to this pet insurance and strongly suggest if you do not have pet insurance now, GET IT!!!!!!! ASPCA is definitely the way to go!!!!!

I am a real customer with a real pet
I am a real customer with a real pet. I have had a policy for eight years with one mild claim until this year. My year my dog developed some significant health issues and amassed a substantial bill in short order over the holidays. I can only say I wish they did human insurance; they are far better to deal with than the evil empire of human health insurance providers. Simple and straight forward. Pay your deductible; They pay 90% (but no exam fee's). They share that upfront and live up to it on the back end. Yes they've have mild annual adjustments to the premium but nothing that really raised an eyebrow. They even pay for the an RX diet if needed for the diagnosis. Again I am a real person, there were times I thought about saving a few bucks and cancelling the policy. Obviously I am happy I did not. Keep in mind that the average living thing (Dog, Cat or Human) will spend more on health care in the last two years of life than all the rest of life combined (Generally). It's a good investment. Buy the policy young! Research your desired pet, use a reputable breeder and don't rack up pre-existing issues.

I've only been using Pets Best for a short period of time. I can say I'm impressed with their customer service and phone app. However, I feel the claims timeline could be faster.
