I am still waiting on reimbursement. I am very disappointed with the fact that I was originally told it would be processed quickly and that is not the case. I did my part with direct deposit emailed the claim still waiting.i have called every other day and I get the run around

I received multiple calls and emails asking for information already submitted including old files (90+ pages) that were faxed three times. While this is one of the only PI companies that accepts senior animals, their internal communications network needs work. It should only take one call and/or one email and one fax, not multiples of each for the same info.

At first I was not impressed with the way they handled my claims but after they had all the veterinary records and got to know me as a client it has been excellent, The claims department make you feel like they really understand and care, I just had a claim on medication and it was denied, I called in and Beth spotted the problem, the receipt only had my name on it not my pet so she took the initiative to call the vet to correct the problem and claim was processed! Thank You!!!

Quick and Easy Claim
So far everything has been great for our puppy! Nationwide has quick and easy claim forms and we have received payments in under 10 days(including weekends) every time. Only think I think could be enhanced is the ability to sign and submit claims through the website versus scanning the form and submitting via email.

I have been pleasently surprised!
I was pleasantly surprised! - This is my 1st time having pet insurance, in the past I have been told that pet insurance is ; a waste of money, too difficult to use, doesn't cover much. As the HR/Benefits person for my company I wanted to try out the additional options we offered and thus came to nationwide. Not only is it easy, I really feel like they care about my pet. Lots of good information on the site, excellent claims reimbursement. I have recommended to all of my pet loving friends, inside and outside of my company.
