Over the past 10 years I have paid $10000 - $12000 in premiums.
Over the past 10 years, I have paid $10,000 - $12,000 in premiums. Trupanion has paid $00.00 in benefits during that time. Trupanion's disallowal of claims renders insurance from this company virtually useless. If it were not for fear that my beloved dog, Cubbie Bear, might contract a fatal disease --ie cancer--I would have cancelled my Trupanion policy years ago!

I first came across Trupanion when my dachshund had melanoma ( doing fabulously well now 4 years out). The other pet owners in the oncology waiting room had Trupanion. I saw the relief they had knowing their sick pet would get care without the worry of whether or not care was affordable. When your pet is sick or injured the last thing you want to worry about is the cost of getting them back to health. Knowing that Trupanion is always there is a relief and a comfort. The claims process is easy and the response back is quick. In addition, the people on the other end ( Trupanion claims) are compassionate. Thank you for being there
