I love having pet insurance for our dogs. Its very expensive to pay for there care and you never know what may occur with there health. I do pass your company's name to all my friends who have pets thanks for providing this service. I've never had a problem with any of the refunds that come back to me outs easy to process a claim and to talk to any of your reps.

Figo is a wonderful organization.Without Figo insurance I would not have been able to care for my pup in the manner that he needed. Each time I called I was always asked how my pup was doing and all inquiries were handled with respect and a willingness to help. Claims are so easy to file and are handled in a efficient and timely manner. My pup has since gone to the “Rainbow Bridge” to play and smile.
