Every time I have called Trupanion with a question, they always answer every question, their reps. Are courteous friendly and usually have a good sense of humour. I also appreciate never having to wait on hold.

Trupanion is the best
I unfortunately have frequent experiences with Trupanion due to my cat's continuing health issues. Thankfully Trupanion's customer service reps are all wonderful people to communicate with and I have had no reasons for complaint in the 10 years I've been a customer.
