Peace of mind during an emergency
Healthy Paws provided excellent coverage and customer service during a recent emergency with my dog. I had the peace of mind knowing my expenses would be reimbursed exactly as stated in my policy. I was able to approve fairly expensive but vitally necessary tests and treatment. I provided Healthy Paws the invoices and medical records and my reimbursement was direct deposited into my checking account within the week. They even followed up to check on my dog’s progress which has been remarkable.

Premiums raise annually!
Hello, I was given a pamphlet for this company from my vet after taking my puppy there. I got a full policy at about $63 a month with a $250 deductible. I was told that my premiums would never increase. I did the puppy plan with my vet and got all of the shots and everything. After the first year, they doubled the premium. I now pay 115 a month for the same exact coverage. So really they are making back anything they pay out by raising the premiums. I am afraid to take my pet back to the vet because I don't won't my premiums to increase anymore.

Trupanion has always been amazing to have with a dog that has had several medical expenses and lost his first Mom.
Trupanion has always been amazing to have with a dog that has had several medical expenses and lost his first Mom. Trupanion paid his premium for a year after she died and I will always be grateful to them for that. They still cover things such as allergies that he has had issues with in the past.
