Great in theory, bad in practice :(
I originally signed up for Embrace because it was the best coverage for the price available. I've been disappointed since then - it is a real struggle to get in contact with Embrace, and I often don't hear back for weeks (although I will say, when I do hear back, they are very polite and try their best to be informative!) My biggest issue is that claims I have submitted for my dog a month ago still have not gone through, because Embrace states they don't have a record of my dog's full medical history; however, I have sent them a record of every vet visit my dog has had in her whole life (she's only a year old!). Additionally, the premium increased by 20% ($10 more PER MONTH!) when it was time for me to renew. Needless to say, I will not be renewing with embrace!
