I tried to call because I received a notice my policy was cancelled. I had to wait 42 minutes to get a customer service agent on the phone only to tell me she had no record of it being cancelled. It makes me super nervous that when I have a real issue - no-one will answer. I am going to start looking into other providers.

Pretty good coverage
Pretty good coverage. However, slow processing time and be careful with "pre-existing" conditions and not covering certain items on an invoice.

Don't waste your money
Worst decision ever! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! After almost 11 months of paying the monthly premium, they decided to request my dog's health history. In the meantime, after taking out insurance, my dog's blood test found that he had been exposed to Lyme disease. He's not sick and had never had any symptoms or episodes related to the disease. Even though, after almost a year paying, they decided that the insurance will not cover anything related to Lyme disease. They considered that as a pre-existing condition. All I want now is my money back. Also, they have sent me the documents with wrong information about my dog for FOUR TIMES. I believe they will use it as an excuse to no refund me if it happens to need it. This is one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced.

Easy, efficient and worth it
I did a lot of research for a great but affordable pet insurance, given the genetic and physical issues that often come up in great danes. When I brought my baby home at 7weeks, I settled on embrace and upped it with a $450 healthy rewards.policy. I used my healthy rewards and it saved me money in the long run. My sick policy was there when she got the runs from getting into snacks, and needed meds. It was an easy file, with updates and was pretty painless and deposited quickly into my account. Great price, highly recommend.
