Ease of claim submission, and very quick turn around.
It is easy to submit a claim, and payment is timely....without the need of follow up. The only downside is that the reimbursement amounts seems a bit off, and lower than what should be. There is always some kind of weird small print explanation that reduces the reimbursement amount. However, it is still better than nothing. Just be aware that you will pay the premium, a deductible and then a table of allowed amounts will be applied to your reimbursement requests. That is the same for all insurances, so I stick with this one because at least service is very efficient.

Nationwide's Pet Insurance is a responsible Pet Owner's best friend! The coverage, deductible and reimbursement rate is the best that I have ever seen in the Pet Insurance market. Whether it be a wellness, illness or injury claim, Nationwide makes it easy to submit for reimbursement and they are very timely. Their Customer Service is great. They are very helpful, informative and empathetic. My Dog is my child. She is a member of my family. It is such a comfort to know that I can provide the best care possible to her without worrying about the cost.

It's well worth the money. We get reimbursed not only for vet sick visits, but also vet wellness visits and even prescription food. And the turnaround from claim to reimbursement is now only a few days.

Great insurance. Easy use and good coverage.
I am 100% happy with insurance, except this year insurance rates went up 34% without any notification. Since I have 2 dogs that is quite an increase. I was not happy with the sudden increase, because I left Truepanion (Tyler other dog) because they would increase rates quite a bit every year and when I talked to nationwide at that time they said to not do this because they are a larger company etc. Well it happened. So love to hear back and will also write letter to customer service about this topic.

The end of out story is a sad one ... a case of liver cancer took our adorable Havanese, Paco at 12 years old. For 11 of those years we had ASPCA insurance. What a nightmare! When they discontinued the policy, we went shopping and chose FIGO. Wow! I really can’t say enough good things about the service we received. All the bills were paid promptly, questions answered quickly and accurately, and true compassion at the end. When our hearts are ready for another little friend, our first call will be to FIGO! Whatever you are doing-please don’t change it!
