Pleased with rapid response!!
Within a very few days of Bella's visit to our veterinary oncologist we were notified that Trupanion had received the invoice for her diagnosis and their staff was reviewing it. A few days later we received notification that we could expect a check in the mail. It arrived a few days ago. Bella had Mast Stem Cell surgery on Feb. 18 -- Trupanion received the invoice from the Dr.'s office and are now reviewing it. We are very pleased with the promptness and would recommend Trupanion to our friends.

Getting Pets well
Bama has had several issues and was treated by NC State Veterinary Hospital with excellent results. Trupanion is the greatest. I submitted the proper forms along with the discharge summary and paid invoice to Trupanion and relaxed. They kept me informed as to the progress and when completed, my refund was deposited to my bank, Can't get any easier that that. Your local veterinarian will assist you in attaining insurance. Simple and very reasonable. Trupanion is my Hero. He staff are super and always kind and helpful, no matter the concerns you may have.
