This included taking down all the info from me including my certificate and continuing to work the problem after we disconnected. He followed up by calling me back and sent a followup email with continuation costs and process to easily renew at the end of the trial.

Beware of FIGO technology Glitches
After adopting a cat, I decided to do the responsible thing and get pet insurance. Then I took her to the vet for a baseline check-up and shots. The vet found that she needed a biopsy. FIGO wouldn't cover the claim. They said I didnt meet their 'wait' period. $530 later, and still cant open their 'Explanation Of Benefits' document on the cloud or app. This technological problem is THEIR fault. Of course I would have waited 2 weeks if I had been informed! There was no emergency. I'm very disappointed and they wouldnt work with me AT ALL. However I DID receive a fancy brochure, pet tag and water dish in the mail! Come on MAN!!! REALLY??
