I have submitted a lot of claims for my 6 year old Dalmatian, RJ in the last couple of years and have always been pleased with the prompt service. This summer RJ got a little sister who I also have enrolled with Trupanion. Trupanion has been there to help me provide RJ with the best possible care - I couldn't have done it without them!

Seamless Claim
I’ve had Trupanion coverage for my doggy daughter since she was very young. Now she’s 10 and has cancer. Her vet doctor filed the first claim for her lab work to meet the deductible as we begin her medical analysis and treatment plan. The process was seamless for us.

The wait time for a claim has been long but as the representative said it was due to Covid.
The wait time for a claim has been long, but as the representative said it was due to Covid. I completely understand that, but if that would have been told at the beginning I would have known the wait time would be longer. I keep receiving emails and texts saying it will be "two more days" or 'your claim has been sent to a new person." That part has been frustrating.
