Excellent customer service. Have not submitted a claim for reimbursement yet...glad my dog is healthy. Just a bit expensive and seems like the monthly payments keep rising.

Love this company! Communication is great, even when they know they are delayed, they give you a heads up. I have 2 claims processed without issue. I actually made the switch because my previous insurance company was more expensive and I am so happy I did.

Efficient and compassionate Insurance company
We had an unfortunate accident with our Lab. He ingested a rag and it got stuck in his intestine. This required hospitalization, surgery and intensive care. In spite of excellent care, he died. We incurred significant vet expenses which Pets Best promptly and efficiently covered. It was an easy upload of expenses and direct deposit to our bank. Thanks for your help in this difficult of times.
