My vet recommended Trupanion, so I trust that Trupanion is an excellent company. Also, the customer service is excellent. I believe it is important to have pet insurance and I think all pet owners need to have insurance to cover the medical costs as our pets age and need medical care.

Despite the technical issues your office was experiencing, Travis remained professional, efficient and courteous the entire transaction. This included taking down all the info from me including my certificate and continuing to work the problem after we disconnected. He followed up by calling me back and sent a followup email with continuation costs and process to easily renew at the end of the trial.
