Review of appeal following notice exclusions of coverage
Following notice that, based on a review of our dog's medical records, certain conditions would be excluded from coverage, we requested a review of their decisions. We asked the veterinarians who treated our dog for the excluded conditions to explain in more detail what their treatment entailed and why the exclusions might be reconsidered. Embrace reviewed the case and modified the exclusions to our satisfaction. The review was done promptly and, we think, fairly. We have already recommended Pet Embrace to friends. (Didn't know about the reviews until now.)

Its amazing what people will throw away.
This is our first time insuring a pet. We have not had a pet since our childhood. So far the experience has been good. Eddie was a rescue puppy who was abandoned at a parking lot. He is very sweet and loving. We just want to give him the best life ever and Nationwide is helping us do so.

Nationwide Fast Fair Fantastic Care
We are so happy with our Nationwide Pet insurance..we submit our claim and get the check within 2 -3 weeks and you can have direct deposit if you wish. We insure both our doggies, 1 is 13 yrs and 1 is 3 years old. So Happy we decided to get this..what peace of mind I have everytime we go to the vet..Thanks Nationwide, you are on our side☺

Although the cost of the policy rose over 40% from 2019 to 2020, competitive insurance prices are within $20 of Nationwide. It is unfortunate that pet insurance has risen so substantially in one year, and may be unaffordable for the coverage needed in the next few years. Nationwide online claim processing is easy and efficient, an improvement over the past years when we either had to mail or fax claims.
