I would and have recommended Trupanion to family and friends. It was great to be able to talk to someone multiple times in the middle of the night - double checking that things could be covered or what was the process. The agents were always caring, thoughtful and understanding that I was not at my best because I was worried about George my dog who needed emergency surgery. They helped make things easier and helped make it easier for my vet to set up a direct payment from them in these particular circumstances. A Thank You to all of the phone agents I spoke to - you represent the company so well.

This nsurance never pay for your claim.
I'm disapointed to get this insurance.the claim proccess is too long,they do not pay for your pet treatment by telling it's not under insurance coverage.suppose we take our pet for getting massage or wellness.

Con artists take your premium and denies all claims
worst company ever, Cesar Milan should be ashamed being associated with this company. Our pup suffered a stroke, and every bill was denied stating pre existing condition. How is a stroke a pre existing condition. A stroke happens suddenly, glad this insurance company has the expertise to show a sudden stroke is pre existing. They need to share this with the rest of the medical field, so we can treat it before someone else suffers one.
