I've only had Trupanion for a few months and feel this company is worse than most others in that they just reject and you have to fight to get what is owed - I would not even fight as it is so time consuming but ethicly I know I am right so I fight.
I've only had Trupanion for a few months, and feel this company is worse than most others, in that they just reject, and you have to fight to get what is owed - I would not even fight as it is so time consuming, but ethicly I know I am right so I fight. Prove me wrong? Even the long term treatment my do is on was approved for 2-3 months than rejected?!? My vet stated that he felt "tricked" by your agent into saying something that would reject the claim, and that this is something that happens all the time. Why make people fight?

Kind of expensive and wish it covered things a bit better— considering how much I pay per month for all 4 of my cats I am considering just putting the money I pay monthly into a special savings account savings acct and this would cover better for my cats.

Grateful for plan coverage
My dog had very expensive cardiology and neurological problems this year. She still requires re occurring tests . I appreciate that this was and still is being covered under my plan .
