Slow processing and no explanation for process
They took 4 full weeks to process my first claim. When I got my "explanation of benefits" - nothing was explained. I have no idea if anything was applied to my deductible or not. For it taking 4 weeks, I expected much more information for the first claim.

Every pet parent needs ASPCA Pet Insurance!
When Fenway, our 10 year old, Yorkie Poo got seriously sick in January it was scary. He was treated on an out-patient basis but needed to be hospitalized. Luckily, Fenway has fully recovered! I easily submitted all the bills to ASPCA on-line and within a few weeks, I had my reimbursement. Schelie from customer care called me to follow up on results of Fenway's blood work. I was amazed that they took the time to really see what was going on with Fenway and if he needed further treatment. You won't regret having your pet covered by ASPCA Pet Insurance!

Great Plan!!
I have the Whole Pet Wellness Plan which has a $250.00 deductible and 90% reimbursement for a wide variety of conditions. I am 100% pleased with this Plan. My Sonny was pretty sick at the beginning of the year and we had many Vet visits, blood tests, X-Rays etc and I was reimbursement very quickly....thankfully he is doing well now. I highly recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance! Thank you

Trupanion always completes claims within a day or two, and notifies us with the the results. We get a check soon after to reimburse us for payment we paid our vet. (A shout out to Coral Springs Animal Hospital, who recommended Trupanion to us when we first got our puppy, and files our claims for us immediately.)

Cost is always foremost of my mind but knowing that I can take care of Barley without that constraint really helps ease my mind
There is nothing I wouldn't do for my puppy, Barley. He is more than just a part of the family and being able to take care of him like I would any child means more to me than anything.
