I understand the policy and benefits especially the lifetime deductibles per condition. My 2 year old Coton Du Tulear has some Orthopaedic issues which will require radiography under anesthesia. Depending on the results he may need treatments over the course of his lifetime that will be paid out at 90% after the vet visit. This is peace of mind that I will be able to provide any future treatments without concern of the cost. My previous dog had complications from double knee surgery. Instead of a $10,000 bill I owed $1,500. The decision to do the surgery was based on whether it made sense for Sidney and not the cost. Having Trupanion saved his life and he got to live another 27 months. We had bonus time with his thanks to Trupanion. If you want to post I can share my dogs picture with you.

Lee, the customer service representative I spoke to, was amazing. Very informative but not condescending when I shared my financial concerns. In fact, compassionate is the word I would use! Will always recommend Trupanion and hope to cover my current and all future pets with Trupanion!
