Figo is awesome!
I have absolutely no complaints about Figo - our premium is very reasonable, I love that we have a plan that covers exam fees, filing claims is very easy, and we get reimbursed within 2 days. I love that they cover non-standard vet visits such as behavior consultations. They will also cover prescription medications. I did a lot of research before choosing a pet insurance company and I have been very happy with this choice. We have been using Figo for about 3 years now!

We could not be happier with Trupanion
We could not be happier with Trupanion! We have been clients for almost 11 years. Our youngest Dog Ned, just went through 19 weeks of Chemotherapy to treat Lymphoma.Trupanion has been with us every step of the way.Never have I had to dispute a claim, and payment is always very prompt! We selected the direct deposit option.Every agent at Trupanion I have ever spoke with has been excellent. Well done Trupanion.

I will forever recommend Figo to anyone with fur babies!
Our previous pet had a lot of medical issues so I got the plan for Bella as a baby. Unfortunately she had major health issues at only 8 months old. Her two week visit in ICU would have been devastating financially but we paid everything up front. The amount Figo covered saved us over $8,000. My parents still tell me this plan was the smartest thing I’ve done yet.

Fantastic
I've had my insurance for my Bosco approx 7 months now. From the beginning, they explained the terms, were very helpful and kind. I especially appreciated getting a call and even a nice note signed by Schelie, from Customer Service-following up on my experience and concerns for Bosco on his health condition (kidney disease) I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good insurance policy that is not full of games and actually care. Thank you for being Amazing!

Jack gives a paw up for Nationwide.
We were on an RV trip with our Jack when he woke us up crying. He was clearly in incredible pain. We rushed him to an emergency clinic that diagnosed crystals trapped in his urethra. They temporarily relieved his pain with meds and pushed the crystals back into his bladder. Both the emergency vet and our home vet recommended immediate crystal removal. They were concerned that the existing stones and stress of travel were too risky. He had the surgery on Christmas Eve and rested for a week before we headed home. He is doing GREAT! The specialty emergency clinic was very pricey. Without the Nationwide Pet Insurance, we would have had to make some difficult decisions. The claim took a little over a month to process. When I received the approval I was overjoyed. I received the reimbursement the following day. Jack is incredibly grateful for his new lease on life and has become more cuddly than ever. We look forward to many more years with him.

My vizsla was diagnosed with aggressive melanoma last March and is now clear thanks to our ability to give her the best treatments because of Trupanion. If I could purchase insurance for my husband and I through them, I would! Claims are processed quickly and their communication is excellent. Would recommend Trupanion (and do recommend) to everyone with a beloved pet!
