It's been over a week since I submitted my claim.
It's been over a week since I submitted my claim. I've been paying for over a year for insurance and because it's my first claim I have to wait longer... that's rediculous. Beth was awesome, patient and friendly. She needs a raise!

Great service, policy questions remain
The reps I spoke to were friendly and courteous. I was impressed with how quickly and easliy the claim process was from start to finish. I was really surprised to find our deductible had been applied to this claim as it was the second time this accident has occurred with our dog. During the previous claim process I was told "..if this ever happens again your deductible has already been met". I alos was not aware that itis 90% coverage, admitedly my misunderstanding but still I do not feel that was not made clear. This has made me question if a yearly deductible rather than lifetime deductible per condition (and "events" not included) woud be more cost effective.
