I have submitted 3 claims in the last 3 months, got 1 covered as I expexted, got hosed on 2nd, and had to contest the 3rd to get covered. Not impressed.

I’m happy with the coverage I’ve received thus far but I don’t like the fact that my premium went up 20% this year.
I’m happy with the coverage I’ve received thus far, but I don’t like the fact that my premium went up 20% this year. I understand that there will be increases over time, but that’s a huge increase. Now I have to rethink my deductible so I can reduce my monthly premium.

Delayed reimbursement & No HELP.
My vet bill was already paid, I submitted a receipt which reflected a ZERO BALANCE. Additionally, I selected to have the reimbursement come to me personally. Despite all of this, the payment went to the Vet. I called Trupanion’s customer service to have this rectified, the Rep was not really interested in helping me. Every request seemed impossible for her...the point here is to be solution oriented. My reimbursement is further delayed at no fault of my own, and I’m told nothing can be done to expedite it. Times are hard for some families.
