Awesome!
So happy with my choice of getting insurance through Healthy Paws last year. My pup is a very active rescue pit mix. You never know what can happen! On a hike about two months ago she fell and tore her ACL. We were recasted because she is a healthy happy pup so surgery was a scary thought. I immediately wen on HealthyPaws to make sure we were covered and WE WERE! Surgery went smooth as did recovery and we didn’t have to take out a personal loan. Customer service at Healthy Paws were always very helpful. So glad I chose Healthy Paws for my girl!

Stop raising the monthly/yearly insurance rate(s)
Seems to me that every time a claim is made, the rate increases for the renewal period. It's getting to the point where I may not be able to afford a pet policy. Renewal rate for my pet is close to $1200.00 per year and I have a tough time justifying that in my mind. I don't pay that for automobile insurance.

I am glad I have finally been reimbursed. I was frustrated that it took 26 days. When I spoke to them about purchasing a policy I was told a 5 day turnaround on wellness claims.
