After the initial pet profile docs were submitted, the process is super simple.
The initial pet profile piece (submitting all precious vet documents) was not proactively sought out. Nor was letting a new client know what exactly needed to be submitted with each claim (receipt not sufficient, doctor notes are required). As a new pet insurance purchaser, it made my first claim challenging to get handled correctly. Once that was done however, everything runs smoothly.

Have always been there for us and our pets!
We have had your pet insurance since 2007. Your customer service has always been helpful, website is easy to use, it is easy to submit claims and you are prompt with payments. We have the direct deposit and it works great for us. When we talk with other pet owners, we always tell them the importance of getting pet insurance. We highly recommend you to them and tell them we ave only had good experiences. Keep up the great work!

My baby boy suddenly fell ill and was finally diagnosed with IBD and is with safe hands of Angell. The claims were processed in a timely manner helping my overcome my financial situation in distress. Would highly recommend nationwide

2 ACL Repair Surgeries in under 12 months....
Our Dog, Merry, tore the ACL in her left leg in May of 2019 while running in our back yard. She shot forward and stopped suddenly, turning around and returning with a pretty bad limp. She ended up getting surgery to repair the torn ACL and she recovered well, with Healthy Paws paying the claim in an impressively short period of time. They were fast and courteous through the entire process. Fast forward to our policy expiration in January of 2020, we expected a huge increase after such a large bill (many thousands of dollars). To our surprise our premiums stayed more or less the same (any increase was negligible). Fast forward once again to Merry's second injury a month or so later where she tore her other ACL (which is apparently common for the second to go shortly after the first) and we had the exact same experience with Healthy Paws. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Easy way to make a claim. Claim was reviewed and payment was received in 7 days. Seems like many procedures and illnesses are covered though I don't really want to know what is not covered because I like my baby to remain healthy

This insurance company is the best! I have never been reimbursed as quickly as they process claims! Truly amazing and appreciated! I do unfortunately put a lot of claims in for my Alex over the past years so my premiums jump but it’s expected!
