Thanks very much for asking about my dog Comet. He has a very bad bout of pneumonia. He had us worried for a couple weeks. However, I am happy to say he is back to his old dopey self. Claims process is too slow
Claims process is too slow. I'm still trying to get paid for claims from last year. There's always an excuse why my claim is healed up (down loads not clear, need more records or information, more proof of payment...). After one claim of over $400 I was refunded $45. Including premiums paid, I'm losing over $300 in addition to the initial claim amount. I don't see the benefit of having this insurance. I going to try the AKC insurance next if they don't do better before my next premium is due. Well nothing has changed since my last post and nothing has been paid on 2 new claims from January and February. They keep making excuses, so I give up and I've cancelled my dog's policy.
