Nationwide is the Best Pet Insurance
I am so impressed with Nationwide Pet Insurance. My dog has had a number of issues (vet visits and expenses) within the last 6 months! I was so surprised and overwhelmed with joy when I received 90% reimbursement from Nationwide for my pet's vet bills! What a Relief! I recommend Nationwide to all my friends! Thank you for being a caring company!! Customer Service is great and filing a claim is easy whether faxing it in from home or having my vet's office do it! Love Nationwide Pet Insurance Company~!!!

Healthy Paws was a peace of mind during our pet's emergency.
Our sweet little Kiwi ate something she shouldn't have....again! Because we had seen something similar in the past, we weren't surprised when our dog ended up in surgery to have a full glove removed from her intestine. Because we had dealt with a claim with Healthy Paws before, there wasn't the stress of how it would all work, would they really cover it... We could concentrate on our dog and her recovery, knowing Healthy Paws had us covered. The website and submittal process is extremely easy. And they have always completed the process in less than the "10" days they ask for. We have always received the checks before we had to make payment on the credit card bill. All of this is such a peace of mind when taking care of your dogs health and recovery can be extremely overwhelming. And the best part...they really care about our pet, and follow up on her status. Wish my health insurance was this good!

Sucks
Poor. I'm told to provide information on the prepaid wellness plan thru my vet and then I get a denial cuzz I prepaid it prior to effect date of insurance. Claim ppl don't get how the real world works and sales staff have little integrity. Not my job to keep your ppl educated on how this works. Then you discount and don't reimbure me for what I paid for my dogs wellness meds and physical. You waste my time!! Not happy!!
