It was a very informative experience. The only reason I didn’t give a 10 is that I was convinced to go with a smaller deductible while our dog is a puppy. It made sense but now we are paying much higher monthly rates. Catch 22 situation.

Great customer service
The agent was thorough, well informed and politely answered all of my questions candidly. I was not sure I was going to keep the policy beyond the initial free 30 day period which is why I called, I had several questions. I felt comfortable keeping the policy after my initial call.

Would have given a 10 but the page with the 4choice boxes should have a direct link to what's covered and not covered etc.in a nano second. It was cumbersome to get there. I had to get help from chat.
