I've been a Pets Best customer for 15…
I've been a Pets Best customer for 15 years, possibly more. I don't know what's going on with them, but up until a year ago you always received reimbursement within 2 weeks, usually less. It now takes close to 2 months! It's ridiculous. I also have to list my pets diagnosis and date of every single time! I don't remember the exact dates of diagnosis especially when it's been a few years. I think they have expanded too much and can't keep up with demand. I'm not sure if I will recommend them anymore.

Coverage great but company leaves a lot to be desired
While I love the coverage Pets Best offers including their wellness plans, I find their app, site, and speed to process claims to be horribly slow and outdated. I have no way to easily track deductibles, why some items clear but others don't (no clear explanation on EOB). When you submit a claim it can take months for resolution and payments.

We have had nothing but great service…
We have had nothing but great service from every representative at Trupanion: our now 8 year-old rescue dog has had multiple, significant health issues (and surgeries) and every claim has been handled quickly and without any problems! Great company and very fair to it's customers! I have and will continue to recommend Trupanion without reservation to all of my friends!!!

Healthy Paws provided accurate, kind, and complete service and coverage for our puppy.
We adopted a new puppy while our kids were in quarantine. Though he's a sweet pup, he has a troublesome habit of eating pretty much anything, and he's had multiple trips to the emergency room. Healthy Paws paid our claims very promptly. They reimbursed us exactly as per the policy terms--no hassles or issues of any kind. Service and care were exemplary. We are very happy customers, and I've recommended Healthy Paws to my dog-owning friends.
