Absolutely no complaints with healthy paws. Our pooch just had a tumor removed and we only had to pay $180 for the surgery. Her policy is quite clear as to what is covered - we pay for exams and 10% of anything else once the deductible is met. We've never had an issue and get paid within a week of a claim. I just recommended healthpaws to a coworker who had to start a gofundme to pay for her dog's recent surgery. It is nice never to have to worry ourselves.

I Have two large Golden Doodles and have had Trupanion for their lifespan, which now they are entering there 12th year. I have never had a problem with payment and the turnaround is quick! Would highly recommend this coverage for any pet. I have had a lot of emergency vet bills over the years and no problem with any part of payment! HIGHLY recommend Trupanion Pamela I.

Best thing I ever did
When I first adopted my six year old Beagle, Abby, I signed up for Healthy Paws Pet insurance. That is one of the best things I ever did! The process for submitting claims is easy, the turnaround time is fast, and the coverage is excellent! In addition to the company's efficiency, they are a compassionate group that answers questions readily and accurately. They also follow up to check on my pet after a major medical situation. I wish that insurance for people was this easy and efficient.
