This was the 2nd claim for the dog? Her records were marked as 'incomplete' bc of lack from one vet whose office I visited and saw that she had not only emailed but also FAXED the requested records TWICE (and did so a THIRD time for me).

Her records were marked as 'incomplete' bc of lack from one vet, whose office I visited, and saw that she had not only emailed but also FAXED the requested records TWICE (and did so a THIRD time for me). I'm concerned that going forward, any claim might also have such "incomplete" experiences. I just signed up my remaining 4 dogs and am wondering why the records request doesn't happen now -- it could be years before a claim is made (hopefully!!!).
