Easy to submit your claim and the refund is deposited to the bank quickly. Very pleased with the insurance for my two labradoodles. My poor Lucy has multiple health conditions, so I am so happy I enrolled her as a puppy.

Do not like how records are reviewed by your staff.

Do not like how records are reviewed by your staff. Example I was told dental disease was a preecsisting condition because records state grade two dental disease. When looked up that means my dog needed his teeth clean. Felt like because I over care for my dog I am being penalized. I believe this is over kill on your part!
