this is my first time ever having pet…
this is my first time ever having pet insurance. My dog had to have hip surgery, because her hip got dislocated and I was in a panic due to the hospital costs, etc... I am still going through this process, but at this point they cam through and paid there part of the surgery cost, I was so relieved with no hassle. I am now in the process of having to send my dog to Physical therapy, which is very, very, expensive and I was afraid of the cost and coverage, The agent explained that they also cover that part of the treatment. All the agents I have dealt with so far have been fantastic. If they follow through with part II of this surgery procedure regarding the P.T. part. I will not be able to thank the pet insurance company enough, and I will be advising all my pet friends to look into having pet insurance. Today's situations and cost , it is all most mandatory to have insurance if you are going to own a pet. I will also be recommending ASPCA pet insurance to my friends.

Wow. Insurance for pets has changed in the last 10 years. Claims submitted via an app,, a check received within two weeks, and most vet expenses were covered (granted I pay into the better plan). I highly recommend Nationwide Insurance for the care of your furry babies.

Terrible over 100 dollars
I’ve entrusted your company for the past 7 years . Have only used your service once prior to this claim . I’ve paid well over 4000 dollars over the course of time . Jax was injured ( broken bone in paw ) something you cover . Happened on a Saturday so options were limited . You covered the 90 percent after my deductible . You would not cover an additional 100 dollars which I had no say over at the emergency vet . I called your company to dispute and was told it was in the fine print of my contract . I get it it’s only 100 dollars and to your huge company it means nothing . There are sons of us who still believe in principles . I have no say overall emergency vet cost . They did everything necessary nothing extravagant to help my pup . I think it is awful that a lifelong customer be nickled and dimed . I will give you a chance to rectify this error . If not I can guarantee you it will cost you more than 100 dollars . Show some integrity and make this right . Appreciate your time . Look forward to hearing your resolution . If not my company and all those thinking of pet insurance will be notified of your lack of integrity . Is it worth 100 dollars to you ? Guess we shall see . Thanks for your time
