Quick and easy claim process
Such an easy claim process. I just go to Trupanion's website, send a picture of my invoice and I'm done. Extremely quick turn around and you get great communication through out the entire process.

Excellent customer service to resolve claim issues. Elliott Ivins assisted me and he did an excellent job. Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The issue was resolved quickly. In general, Trupanion has been excellent and I highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service! Our little girl is 15 months old and has been dealing with allergies and Gastrointestinal issue because of allergies. Thankfully we got insurance as soon as we got her at 12 weeks. Refunds are explained and paid very promptly. Highly recommend getting insurance when puppies are young!!
