Good pet coverage.
The claims process is very easy. I just wish that emergency fees were covered. I can understand not covering a wellness exam but I think an emergency visit should be covered as it is not planned.

My vet will file my claim, which I am grateful. THen your company takes it from there and in a timely manner. I immediately get the notice that my claim has been received and then shortly there after, the check is in the mail. The explanation for covered services is thorough .
