Trupanion is always very quick with the processing of our claims. They have amazing communication with the clients which begins as soon as the Veterinarian puts in the claim. You are never left wondering about what’s next. I highly recommend Trupanion!

After years of paying our insurance on time with no claims.
After years of paying our insurance on time, with no claims. our dog developed a heart condition that has created seizures. After meeting the deductible in the summer we were relieved to have support for these life long conditions. After 3 months of no problem, suddenly one of the meds was moved into a new deduction category. After chatting with support for over 20 minutes, and being told there are no supervisors available on the weekends. I now have to contact my vet and he has to appeal so that *maybe* they can join the two conditions. We had been very happy with the service and frankly paying the monthly fees. Now it feels like because we have used the service we are being punished. I no longer feel like recommending you all. In the last 2 months I've recommended twice to pet owners. Now, I won't be.
