Happy with my service
I like how easy it is to make a claim with my phone. Not sure why somethings are covered and why they are not other times. The checks take a long time to reach my house.

Great pet insurance company.
Nationwide is a terrific pet insurance company. I mail my claims and always get a notice from them within a week that they are processing my claim. My payment is directly deposited into my checking account within days. I have had the insurance for almost 2 years and they have improved their response time greatly. You are also supplied with a complete explanation of benefits. I would recommend them highly.
