Zero issues so far. Unlike what many people say, there were zero issues having trupanion help me with my dogs vet bill. I made a mistake when adding my second dog who I just rescued, and they corrected my mistake and did so in a very polite and enthusiastic way. For a first call to them, I would have zero hesitations calling to get any of my questions answered
