Customer service excellence
The gentleman that I had was fantastic. He answered all questions I had as well as I few i never thought to ask. Also he was polite and friendly. Excellent knowledge of insurance program and made you feel like you were speaking with a friend. Considering I've managed a team of 13 employees for 6 years I'd love to have someone represent themselves and company as well as this guy did.

Signing up for Healthy Paws Insurance…Healthy Paws
Signing up for Healthy Paws Insurance was the best thing we could have done when adopting our puppy. They customer service has been outstanding. They process claims quickly and even followed up after my dogs recent surgery to see how she was doing. I Highly recommend Healthy Paws.

False Information on their websites
Theres a reason these guys don't have review sharing options all over the web..Because they are hiding something .. False information on websites, noBODY RESPONDS on the phone .. hold times were over an hour.. Thousand and thousands of claim complains not managed .. I filed a complaint against them with BBB let's see what happens ..stay away .. save your money ..

Prudent Pet Score High Marks
Prudent Pet has proved to me to be the new leader in the rapidly growing pet insurance business. They went above and beyond the call of duty when outlining the benefits of their service and they also go deep to figure out what level of service fits your dogs needs, as well as your finances. There was no pressure and I have come to find through a ton of research, that they are currently one of the best pet insurance companies on the market. I appreciated how they took the time to explain not only their service, but the pros and cons to other services as well. There was no pressure and their reps carefully walk you through the process. Managment also has no problem in reaching out to make sure you get the best possible care for your pet.

Dog's emergency surgery insurance claim
My dog's face was cut deeply while playing with another dog and required stitches and other surgery. I filed the insurance claim with Pet's Best that evening, received a confirmation of submission right away as well as emails regarding the progress of the claim. I received a check via US mail within a very reasonable amount of time. A very easy process and the Explanation of Benefits was also easy to understand.

Thankful I have pet insurance
My 10 year old, Husky/Great Pyrenees has needed care at a specialty clinic three times. It is not cheap but has been well worth it and given us more years with our much loved girl. Embrace has paid our claims promptly and given us the peace of mind to follow the best course of treatment.

They have impressive claim handling!
My dog was acutely ill & needed life saving surgery. Surgery would be 6K or euthanization. I made the quick decision to save his life forgetting I had this valuable coverage. A couple of days later I remembered, filed the claim & have received reimbursement. All in 2 weeks time. Thanks so very much!

All around excellent!!!
My 3 yr old mixed bull had torn the cruciate ligaments in both of his legs. Healthy Paws made the claim process super easy. If I called they were so polite and efficient and really cared how Dozer was doing. And they paid the claims fast.

Impressive claim handling!
Healthy Paws is great pet insurance. Their quick communication on documents required for processing the claim & the very quick time on receiving reimbursement were phenomenal. I highly recommend them. I doubted I'd ever need pet insurance but when confronted with the choice to pay $6k or euthanize our 6 year old GSD, I'm relieved I had it. Thank you Healthy Paws!
