It has been a pleasure dealing with Nationwide. Our claims were processed efficiently and promptly. Extremely transparent no jumping through hoops to get reimbursed. I highly recommend getting the pet insurance through Nationwide.

Easy to File Claims
Filing claims through the apps is super easy. You fill out a few lines of required information, attach the receipt, and submit. Most of my claims relate to dental services and I’m usually reimbursed within 2 weeks. Only one time has it taken longer and that was for a new heart condition that required I submit additional information.

Stay away, misleading coverage maximums
The worst customer service and false coverage. On a 6 week trial that had an option to be extended on the same plan. My pup had to have emergency surgery and I had been at ease knowing I had $7500 in coverage to cover it. Went to submit the claim and BOOM. We're happy to inform you you've been approved for $1000. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
