Great customer service
I'm writing this review hoping no one will ever need to use them for medical issues. But - I have a 4 years old French bulldog with Healthy Paws insurance since day 1. The 1 (and hopefully last time) I needed help from them, they were awesome !!! I took pics of the doctor documents, medical bills and the receipts. In less then a week I got very clear email with all the info I needed. How much I had out of pocket and how much I've been reimbursed. Healthy Paws covered about 80% of my expenses and in few days I got a check by mail. We all want to do everything we can to help our little nuggets and I'm so glad I had this company to help me with it. I'm full of hope that none of you will ever need to file claims and that your pet will stay healthy and protected !

Great Pet Insurance!
Healthy Paws has provided great coverage for both of my dogs throughout their lives. I've been a customer since 2012 and have never had any issues with them. One of my dogs went through a period of seizures and the other has had early onset arthritis and a torn ACL. Healthy Paws has appropriately reimbursed every claim I've submitted with very little trouble. I highly recommend you insure your pet with them while its young so that you are covered for life and don't have to make hard decisions about health care. Knowing Healthy Paws was there to back me up has made a lot of decisions much easier to make and allowed me to give my dogs the best care!

Easy claim submission and fast approval
First high dollar claim went as well I was hoping. Easy claim submission and fast approval. They needed additional info from my vet and requested and received the info directly from them. I didn't need to do anything. They covered exactly what I thought they would.

Wonderful all around
My puppy ate something she should not have and became very ill the day after the waiting period. The whole process of filing a claim, customer service and receiving payment was hassle free! I am so thankful I had the ASPCA Pet Health Insurance.

Sunny is 3 years old and has never been sick. The claim you're referencing was for dental cleaning, a wellness visit. Since I have no idea what I am rating above I've awarded a 5, which is generous. I did not talk with customer service, I prepared the claim, and "overall" has no reference. With a Master's Degree in Marketing, I award this well intended but useless survey a 0.

Healthy Paws Insurance gives me the peace of mind to give my pet the best possible care with any and every medical situation.
I have had Healthy Paws insurance since my golden was a few months old. Unfortunately, we have been struck with many medical situations from foreign bodies, GI illnesses, and UTIs. Having insurance with Healthy Paws has helped me give my golden the best possible care without worrying about whether or not I can afford it. I can just focus on taking care of my dog and getting her the best care that she needs because I know that Healthy Paws has my back not only through financial reimbursements but also through support.
