Disappointing...
I left rave reviews for this company after my first claim was handled and reimbursed within 8 days. It was a wonderful experience from a consumer standpoint. This has to be something they clearly do for the first claim, and the first claim only. My experience on claim #2, which is 10 mos. later it has been the polar opposite! We are on day 37 now and two e-mails reminding them that my claim has been in the category "Received" since the 13th of last month. Both letters were responded to in 72 hours with a typical form letter generated by a computer and probably never read by an actual human. I want to feel comfortable knowing I will be reimbursed in a timely manner. I never want to have to worry about the cost of taking my pet in for an injury or anything concerning his well being. It is Pets Best moral obligation to pay in a reasonable time frame.
