Thankful to Trupanion for best care!
We signed our dog Jazz up for Trupanion from when she was a puppy. She found out through a vet clinic as she was abandoned. We didn't know what breed she was (a mix of husky, golden retriever, Burmese mountain dog... etc). So we weren't sure what to expect for her healthy condition.I wasn't sure about pet insurance as I heard some horror stories but we signed her up from Trupanion from the start. Sadly we had to put Jazz down after 12 years due to Cancer. This was the most difficult decision we had to make and lots of tears. We are still mourning. In spite of all of this, I was thankful for Trupanion as they were very professional and came through to pay her hospital bills, not all but a significant portion We can't get our Jazz back but we know that we did the best for her and Trupanion helped us! Thank you! Oriana

I felt the experience was very good but received two e-mails prior to payment which were a little unclear .
I felt the experience was very good but received two e-mails prior to payment which were a little unclear . Apparently you needed more info from the Vet but you said not to worry you would contact the vet and after a few days phoned my vet and they seemed to not know anything regarding that. Anyway all came out well in the end and thank you very much.
