Trupanion is beyond a 5-star pet insurance company. The staff are always there to assist you in any way. They process claims so quickly. I have placed several claims over the years and I cannot say enough good things. I have referred this company to many friends and they took this insurance out.

Well worth every penny for peace of mind
Trupanion has been invaluable as our pet has gotten random injuries/illnesses ranging from a stubborn ear infection to conjunctivitis to a broken toe. Well worth every penny in premiums. We got the plan because our older dog busted a knee and surgery was $1700 and we had no insurance. Lesson learned!

Grateful
My dog had to be euthanized, he was very old and as the vet described, he had outworn his body. He had arthritis and congestive heart disease for the last four years of his life. Trupanion was always prompt to make payments either to my vet or myself and whenever I call, they always ask to please give him a hug from their part. I'm very pleased and grateful we had Trupanion to be able to take care of him.
